The 2nd principle of the Master Key to Success: The Master Mind Principle

What is a Master Mind? Napoleon Hill gives this definition of the Master Mind in the second part of his video series “The Master Key to Success”. A Master Mind “(…) consists of two or more people who work in perfect harmony for the attainment of a definite purpose.”, Mr. Hill says.
Napoleon Hill mentions three people who formed a Master Mind Alliance with their husbands, their wives and some of their friends.
Singer Kate Smith, best known for her version of Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America”. She had formed a Master Mind with Columbia Records vice president Ted Collins, her longtime partner and manager.
Edgar Bergen, actor and radio performer, often together with a wood puppet sidekick named Charlie McCarthy, had formed a Master Mind Alliance with friends brought him success. Henry and Clara Jane Ford had done the same.
And Napoleon Hill in this 1950′s (?) video, probably a television show, about his country: “The federation of states, known as the United States of America is the richest and the most powerful nation civilisation has yet produced. And the secret of our strength and riches consists in our form of government through which all our states function in a spirit of harmony based on the master mind principle through its central federal government located at Washington.”

Dr. Hill suggests, to do 3 things before his next visit (05:44)
1. Decide: where to? what to do? during the next 3 years.
- definitely think about it definitely
2. Decide: How much money for making what?
- yes, its work. But: You can decide yourself, which work you will do and under which circumstances you will do it.
3. Form a Master Mind Alliance
- with whom? Napoleon Hill’s advice is to build a Master Mind Alliance with one person in your family and at least another person.
Unfortunately, I can not tell you about my own Master Mind experiences, yet. Because I have not figured out, who will be the people in my Master Mind Alliance. But if you decide to follow it, Napoleon Hill’s advice, and apply the Master Mind principle, I would be interested in knowing how it works for you.
In his book “Think And Grow Rich”, Napoleon Hill describes a special form of the Master Mind Alliance. He explains the Master Mind Principle in more detail and shows, that he is one of the very pioneers in using the subconscious mind for a purpose. He gives proof, that he walks his talk and that he has taken possession of his own mind to achieve his definite major purpose in life.
